When a managing partner of a major New Jersey subcontractor approached us about creating a magazine for his firm, we jumped on the opportunity. Al Best, of Construction Pros of NJ, shared his vision for a publication which would showcase current and recent projects, describe their philosophy and work ethic and illustrate what sets them apart from their competition.

The great pride he takes in providing top-notch service was immediately evident, as was the role customer satisfaction plays in their success. His enthusiasm was contagious and we in turn got excited about, to evoke their slogan, building his vision into reality.

Here are some of the stories we helped tell: How a mixed-use development project changes the gateway to one of the state’s most popular suburbs. Why working in a Seismic Zone at the foot of the Watchung Mountains comes with its own set of challenges. And how a historic building in Asbury Park was transformed into the booming beach town’s first new hotel in 50 years. In the 28-page piece, we also highlight Construction Pros’ strong relationships with developers, the ongoing safety training required of their crews and the various ways they have given back to the community.

The second issue of Constructions Pros magazine is now in the client’s hands, serving as an important tool for generating new business as well as a handsome record of their achievements.

Our client came to us looking for assistance in creating a marketing and sales brochure that was different than their normal corporate materials. We worked with them to create a beautiful, glossy emagazine that sets them apart from their competitors.

Our client asked us to create a commemorative book celebrating the success of the 2015 China Film Week. We used their photos and anecdotes to create the story of the event, as well as to mark the relationships that grew from business meetings as well as participants’ time touring New York City and Philadelphia.

We were asked to design a tribute book for a retiring executive. Bob spent 20 years with Rabobank and his colleagues and friends shared their various professional and personal highlights of their time together, and the work he accomplished. We were asked to stay true to their branding in logo, color and font and worked closely with the marketing department.

With more than 20 years of experience as a child injury lawyer, David Wolf came to us with a book he wrote for his clients. It provides insight, guidance, and helpful advice and tips for parents doing their best to deal with a child injury.
